PROFILE
In 1996, Riane studied drawing at Shinjuku Art Institute. She then worked for a company unrelated to art, but after getting married and starting a family, she started painting again, encouraged by her three children, while balancing work and child-rearing. She started showing her leaf cutouts on SNS and holding regular exhibitions of her works. With dedication and warmth, Riane demonstrates her unique creativity on the leaves.

The “Tokyo Nominoichi Market” is a vibrant festival where charming antique and vintage shops gather, offering not just shopping but also delicious food, music, and workshops. I’ll be performing leaf-cutting art, weaving springtime stories with every snip! Come by and enjoy the fun! I’ll be at Showa Memorial Park (Tachikawa) for three days.
